I am planning to go to Hongkong this december and I will be staying for 1 week there with my family. What is the best hotel or accomodation in price and and in service.
YMCA is not bad, but Metropark in Mongkok (the one near Kowloon Tong) is a great place and they have great deals, it is a business-style hotel with excellent service and a pool and gym on the top floor deck. I spent a week there last August with my two daughters and the rate was under $700HK per night. If you want to stay out of town, a nice place to relax near the beach is the Silvermine Beach Hotel, it is an easy ferry ride from Hong Kong Island. Some rooms have been renovated and face the ocean. Great for families with young kids. You can spend the day at the beach or go to town very easily.
what is the best accomodation in HK for a 1 week stay in low rate and good service?
Which luxury car is suitable for a 25 yr old female?
I’m a 25 yr old female that just graduated from school. I am looking for a luxury car between 30k-50k. Which luxury would be for me and my age?
I have looked at lexus IS (new IS-F), G37, and BMW-3 series, acura TL or MDX. So many choices but confused with all the great options.
Owe i’m not married or not planning to have kids yet.
for a 25 year old female, if you can shell out a little more then $50,000 then I’d say nothing will get you more noticed then the new Jaguar XF which is the new replacement to the horrible S-Type, with the base model V6 fully loaded going out for almost $60,000, it is a great car and moreover its bristling with technology and you can forget all those issue’s of unreliability because it is based on the new and improved Jaguar XK coupe/Cabriolet base and is a beautiful car (ignore all those idiot who think the XF looks like the new Mondeo, well it dosent).
well if you cant afford the Jaguar XF then out the few choices that you have mentioned i’d say go for the Infiniti G37, its a great car and the Coupe is even more fun to drive especially the G37S coupe but I would’nt have the G37S as for the same price I can get the Jaguar XF which again is worth every single penny.
anyways good luck and the Jaguar XF has not arrived in the states yet I think it’ll arrive by next month, not sure but its sure worth the wait.

http://www.campingzeeburg.nl This is a camp site that also has 2 & 4 bed chalets for rent. A 2 bed chalet in the high season is €40.00 a night. It is a nice site.

If you’re looking for quality assessed budget accommodation try the Enjoy England website.
There’s a brilliant list of properties within the North London area that start at £12 a night. Unbeatable prices for London!

I worked at a B&B several years ago…. and we had 5 rooms, all with a different theme… it was really fun.
How to find accommodation in Melbourne?
I am a migrant, planning to settledown in Melbourne in the near future. My biggest problem is finding accommodation, as I have learned that many real estate agents do not like letting apartments to jobless people. It will take several months for me to find work there and I do not have any close friends there, who could help me with my accommodation. The hotels seem to be so expensive, even the ‘budget’ ones like hostels. Could anybody tell me about any agencies or institutions who could help me in this regards please?
Just an answer to the ‘Melbourne Girl’.
I have already got the Aussie permanent resident visa under ‘Skilled Migrant’ category, which doesn’t need a sponsor.
In your place I would first go to a hostel (about 20-25 AUD – maybe less if you stay longer) and look for other accomodation when in Oz. That way you can talk to people face to face and you can probably easier convince a landlord by your appearance that you are a serious person. Maybe you can rent an apartment for a while which leaves you time for looking for a job.
If you have any (very positive) written recommendations from former employers, take them with you, as well as phone numbers. Maybe provide proof (bank statements, etc) that you have sufficient financial means to support yourself while unemployed and looking for a job.
For hostels look at e.g.:
