What type of accommodations would I need for 3100 contestants for 4 months for an elimination contest show?

Its a TV Production. I can’t get specific. Just wondering what I should do. Any ideas?

3100 shitty motel rooms and get rid of one everytime someone is eliminated. tell them they have to buy their own meals.
