There are many websites through which you can book accommodation online.However I suggest you some online portal such as yatra.com, travelchanda.com, Flybee.com. Last time when I was in London to spend holiday I booked my hotel through flybee.com and I got a very nice cheap hotel in London.Go through it hopefully it help you.

I’m posting on behald of a Spanish friend who wants to come to the UK with her 6 yr old daughter to improve her English for one or two weeks over summer. She is looking for cheap accommodation or acommodation in exchange for helping with household tasks.

Does anyone know of any websites I could use?

It may be worth her contacting a local Secondary School/ College.
It’s slightly different, however when i was at school (not so long a go) a foreign student contacted my school and asked to stay with one of the schools language teachers, that teacher then let them stay and asked students if they would like to take the foreign student out for the day to improve his english language.

I would like to visit Rome for a week but I would like to book my reservation without credit card payment. Showing a hotel/hostel/guest house accommodation is a requirement of schegen visa . But I’m not comfortable booking an accommodation online through credit card. I would like to pay room charges in cash when I’m there in person. But I just need an accommodation invoice with total cost for my stay.

I have plan to visit Pyramid of Egypt but I have no much ability to bear more expenses. So I need cheap travel plan. At first I need a Cheap accommodation in Cairo. Please give me proper information including hotel name, email address, room tariff etc.

google Sara Inn Hostel Cairo, it’s quite near Tahir Square where the Egyptian Museum is located.
Despite the outside of the building looking a bit grubby the hostal is situated on the fifth floor
and rooms are basic but clean with A/C.Breakfast is included and security is good.someone on duty at desk 24hrs and staff are very helpful.They will even nip out and buy lunch/dinner for you from local restaurants. Although breakfast included at an extra cost you can purchase tea/coffee 24/7.
I have stayed there while my flat in Cairo was being renovated.The prices are per room not per person and most have en-suite bathrooms.Also if you are staying for 3 or more days
they will even collect you from the airport. The Sara Inn tariff is on the site with some photos.We
did check out a lot of hostels as needed to stay for a few weeks and this seemed the best of the bunch. Their slogan is come as a guest leave as a friend and still 3years later the owner still sends
us texts and keeps in touch. All in all as far as hostals go this is pretty good.
Have a great time in this magical country but the only problem is once touching down you
are completely hooked and will want to return again and again
