I’m 18 & studying to become a couture footwear designer. After graduating i plan on starting my own luxury shoe line & have no idea where to start. If anyone has any experience or advice, i would be deeply grateful.

It is said that Japanese cars are the most reliable, but I like mercedes-benz and BMW. So which luxury car is REALLY the best one to buy?

How are BMW’s overrated? It seems that in every single tst, BMW wins hands down for performance. I agree with you on liking BMW and Benz’s more than Lexus and Infiniti. It seems as if those cars have no soul and just look boring. Take fore example the Lexus LS. It is a great car packed in technology, and a wonderful engine. This is a great car, get Lexus manages to pack it in an extremely bland frame that is forgetable by most. I don’t want my car to blend in if I am paying above $70,000. It really depends on which model you prefer.

3-Series is better that C-Class

5 Series is better than E-Class

7 Series is worse than S-Class

X3 is worse than ML

X5 is better than GL

Z4 is better than SLK

3 Series Coupe is better than CLK

6 Series is better than SL

It really matters on opinion. BMW has put performance over comfort for years, MB has put comfort over performance for years. Take a look at Audi. They have made some great products lately. The A6 and the new A5 are amazing cars. The best car on the road today is the S-Class by Mercedes.

I’m a 25 yr old female that just graduated from school. I am looking for a luxury car between 30k-50k. Which luxury would be for me and my age?
I have looked at lexus IS (new IS-F), G37, and BMW-3 series, acura TL or MDX. So many choices but confused with all the great options.
Owe i’m not married or not planning to have kids yet.

for a 25 year old female, if you can shell out a little more then $50,000 then I’d say nothing will get you more noticed then the new Jaguar XF which is the new replacement to the horrible S-Type, with the base model V6 fully loaded going out for almost $60,000, it is a great car and moreover its bristling with technology and you can forget all those issue’s of unreliability because it is based on the new and improved Jaguar XK coupe/Cabriolet base and is a beautiful car (ignore all those idiot who think the XF looks like the new Mondeo, well it dosent).

well if you cant afford the Jaguar XF then out the few choices that you have mentioned i’d say go for the Infiniti G37, its a great car and the Coupe is even more fun to drive especially the G37S coupe but I would’nt have the G37S as for the same price I can get the Jaguar XF which again is worth every single penny.

anyways good luck and the Jaguar XF has not arrived in the states yet I think it’ll arrive by next month, not sure but its sure worth the wait.

My mom says she would get any car that I want and I want a luxury car, but I am a college student so I want one that would be reliable. Also I would have to drive about 20 mins. to school everyday because I am living off campus. Which luxury cars are most reliable?

I would get a Volvo or a BMW – but an Audi could be great too. They are dependable, very safe and quite luxurious.

Any luxury car will be reliable – that’s part of what you pay for. For the fun quotient – I’d go with either the BMW or the Audi. But Volvos have a slight edge with safety and reliability, judging from my friends.
