Its been left as a pile of rubble since they demolished the Master Brewer motel several years ago. They were once talking about building a massive supermarket with flats, a hotel, fuel/service station and transport hub.
Well Tesco’s dont do hotels they do supermarkets so that is what you will get once all the
t’s are crossed and the I’s dotted,can take a few years from start to finish so many things have
to be passed off,the biggest or one of the biggest would be the petroleum regs.with the fire and
police,both must be entirely satisfied,but they have built a lot,and it should be routine,just takes
time…..
