H e is a house available to rent in Durban South Africa. It it is a very nice house. You dont have to offer $6000 if you offer less we will decide if we want to accept the transaction. The 3D colors just look cool its not real. It has an incredible view of the ocean especially at night time. You can see the ships up close like that cruise ship I filmed which my cousins were sailing on. The house is very big and it is considered a mansion. Each bedroom has an ocean view. Sometimes if you lucky you can see a great whale unfortunately when I saw one I did not have my camera. It is a 5 minute drive to the beach. You often get dolphins jumping in the air. There are great snorkeling spots on that beach with many fish in the sea. The small airport is where you can go for a ride along the coast. They say the one thing you must do before you die is take a small plane ride on the coastline of South Africa. If you watch my microlite video you will see that I saw some Whale Sharks in the ocean and a sting ray. It is close to the shops soy you can get DVDs to watch and buy food when ever you need it. If you want to go to the movie houses you will have to go to the one 15 minutes up the road to gateway. It is about a 15 minute drive to Ushaka Marine World. It has a wet and wild world with lots of big ragger-tooth sharks. You can even go diving in the aquarium. They have wonderful dolphin shows to watch and do amazing tricks , like when you see that one dolphin throwing a piece of litter in the bin. I think we should recycle to save our seas. Ushaka Marine world is a big tourist attraction in South Africa it is in fact the 5th largest aquarium in the whole world. It is also close to the Durban International airport where you can fly. I usually fly 1time airlines because it is cheap and a simple flight to get to your destination. If you want to fly in really fancy luxurious airlines around South Africa or overseas the fly South African Airways it is pricy but its worth it. It is one of the safest airlines in the world. I had a great luxurious flight when I flew from Johannesburg (the richest city in South Africa and in Africa) to Cape Town on South African Airways. I think living in South Africa is the best. We have got one of the lowest tax rates in the world , the cheapest in petrol , the cheapest in food , electricity and running water. South Africa has excellent weather conditions the perfect place to go to the beach. Believe or not but in this world wide economy crisis that has happened now South African has suffered the least form it , it is so much easier to get a job here than anywhere else in the world. The house will partly furnish if you want to rent it out. You will have to electricity and the water bills. Remember to all you soccer fans it is close to a 2010 football stadium so you can go and buy a ticket and watch football or you can watch on TV at home for free like Homer Simpson says in the Simpsons Movie. RENT THIS HOUSE OUT YOU WILL HAVE A GREAT TIME STAYING IN IT. There is a security guard that watches all the houses 24 7 and the house does have an alarm with a panic button and an alarm service.
